Now you can get two different designs in baby to plus sizes, even in cute bags. Wear that you care but still be stylish!
Cafepress also will make sure you get your shirt in quick fashion. so you don’t have to wait three weeks or find out that the campaign failed. There are also more frugal options to ensure everyone can find something for them. I can’t wait to hear what you think or get your input on what kind of designs you’re looking for. Thank you all for your support. Stay tuned for new designs for advocacy and awareness.

Happy Holidays! Thank you for visiting Truly Capable. Thanks to my growing audience Truly Capable is moving to a larger host. This will afford me the ability to keep Truly Capable growing. If you’ve been visiting this past week you’ve noticed the down time. I have been working quietly behind the scenes to manage such a major move. Don’t fret all the info you’ve come here for will still be here in the mean time.
Truly Capable will reopen on December 15th. Not only will I try to guide you through a Frugal and Healthy Holiday but I will help you get back on track in January. I am so thankful for your visit and continued trust. I hope you have a joyful season.
All my love,
Happy Thanksgiving! I hope that you are happily nestled with family and surrounded by good food and company. Not everyone can celebrate today, that’s okay. Just celebrate when you can. My husband is working from 6am until 11pm today. We will celebrate tomorrow. It’s not the day that matters but the people you spend it with.
Part 3 30 days of thankfulness
In the hopes of focusing on gratitude and thankfulness here is part two of 30 Days Of Thankfulness. Please share what you are grateful for too!
Part 2 30 days of thankfulness
Part 1 30 days of thankfulness
Every year my news feed blows up with daily posts of thankfulness in November. This year I was surprised by how few participated and missed these daily affirmations of the goodness in our lives. I found that I wanted to see more of them and lamented that so few friends participated. For Thanksgiving I thought I would share my 30 days of thankfulness.
Regardless of how your year has gone I hope you too have 30 things to give thanks for. I’m not the thankful police, I think coffee is as important as family. But whatever it is that moves you, may you have it for this next year too. Surround yourself in that which motivates and inspires you. Let go of that which made you fearful and lost. May you and yours have a happy Thanksgiving.
10 Reasons To Do Piyo
I had the opportunity to get certified as a class instructor. I wanted to get certified for Piyo Live because of my personal results and love for the program. Unfortunately, that instructor class sold out quick. I signed up for Insanity Live for the same reasons, I lost 50 pounds with one round of Insanity.
My Master Trainer is offering one more class this year and I am driving all over the state to make it there. I am excited to get this training and be able to offer live classes for Piyo in my area. My facebook friends are probably tired of hearing all about how great it is. Why can’t I shut up about it? Why should you be interested in this? Isn’t it just a fad? I thought I would offer you 10 reasons why I think You should do Piyo. I truly feel this program is inclusive and for everyone. There are very few people I wouldn’t recommend Piyo too.
Tips To Stay On Target
It is so cold this week that there aren’t enough layers. Every time I go outside I regret it. Holing up in my home is equally monotonous. How do you fight the winter hibernation? The desire to crawl in your cave and not come out until spring. The constant craving for carbs and sweets. Even the decrease in your water consumption because it’s cold and you want heat.
This is where the fitness community will say “No Excuses” and “Stay Strong.” But you know what, the weather sucks. It’s natural for your body to want to relax. Your desire for food isn’t the cold but the constant saturation of “comfort foods” and desserts that are everywhere this time of year. How do you single-handedly battle an entire season? Here are some tried and test tips for getting through your seasonal rut and staying on target. There’s a reason you want this. You have worked hard all year. Don’t throw you weight and health into limbo by playing the diet yo-yo. Remember slow and steady wins the race.
